“Goood BUT”

Their coffee was really good, and the waffle I ate one morning was great. The receptionist was very nice and let us use the breakfast room when a couple of family members showed up. I would definitely stay again, but I had a couple of issues. I do water aerobics and was happy to see the nice indoor pool with no strong smell of chlorine. When I stepped on the top step to enter the pool, it felt like an ice patch and I fell, catching myself with my right arm and injuring my left leg and foot. The manager, when I told him, offered some Tylenol etc.; I didn't want to scare him but I wanted him to know that maybe something should be put on top step of pool. Now you could say did I have lotion or something on my foot, I didn't put on anything that morning because I was going to shower afterwards; there may have been some of their lotion on it, but I was very careful stepping into it because I didn't know what would happen. I continued to move around in the pool to keep everything moving, even though I was in pain. I also had an issue with my bed; I'm 5'3 and I had to lift to get in.fine.but when your leg and arm hurts it was interesting. MY BED was not stable so when I went to sit on it, it slid. The first night I handled it, but after my fall when I tried to sit on it and it slid I almost fell again. I got on my phone and sent an email to the person listed as the general manager. Any person could have had an issue with that and, depending on the person, could hit their head on the side table or just fall. So I hope that was addressed. NOW saying that I would definitely stay here again.cautiously.

Close to stores and Six Flags, but I felt there wasn't any circulation in the air; it was stuffed.
