Guests enjoy free private parking, complimentary Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TVs and tea/coffee facilities. The spacious dining room serves a full Welsh breakfast overlooking a garden, while the bar offers beers, cider, wines and spirits. Nearby attractions include Llandudno Railway Station (10 min) and Great Orme Country Park (20 min).

Amy the host was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms lovely, beds very comfortable, breakfast super, had to say no to extra toast. Even had a large fridge in the bar for residents use. Right in the centre of town and close to the sea front. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing to say

Full breakfast (my main reason for choosing) Close to the centre of town, but quiet. Room very clean. Proprietress eager to attend to guests

Location was excellent, didn't have to travel far for all attractions.Just had to walkout the front door and within 10 minutes you had the promenade and peir and also local cafes and pubs. There was no need to make anything better, our host Amy was very pleasant and any problems you had she took care of with a smile
