Located in Velingrad's Chepino area, the Royal Spa Hotel features 8 indoor and outdoor pools, a wellness centre with hot tub, sauna, hammam, and fitness centre, all available at no extra cost. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, and free WiFi and parking. A spa centre features mineral water pools, children's pools, and various spa facilities, including massages and saunas.

The spa centres are excellent and the food is great; the rooms are a little old but otherwise everything is fine. The rooms were exactly as mentioned.

The staff were wonderful and the service was very pleasant! The spa area is gorgeous, and the hot water plus outdoor pools make a great addition. There’s nothing better than breathing fresh air while standing in warm water. The meals were also delicious, especially the beef with plums – truly excellent! The mattress was very comfortable and we slept well. The only disappointment was that the herbal sauna and bath didn’t work during our stay. I’d also note that the rooms already look a bit worn; scratches on the walls and carpet show signs of use, which slightly lowers the sense of comfort and upkeep. A little refresh of the rooms and full operation of the spa facilities would make the hotel even better.
