There was nothing to like. When I arrived, I showed them the prices that were listed, but they changed the rate and demanded an extra fee. I was disappointed with their behaviour.
“Not recommended to stay”
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the front office staff. Despite having a confirmed booking, they refused to provide me with a room, yet were willing to sell the same room to walk-in customers at a significantly higher price. This led me to believe that the owners are driven by greed. Overall, the staff's actions left a sour taste in my mouth.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly well-mannered and made sure to cater to my every need. Their friendly and welcoming attitude really made my stay a pleasant one.
“Overall a good experience!”
The room was clean and the service was good—overall a solid experience. The price changed after my booking. There is no lift. Breakfast needs to be adjusted; the bread is really hard to eat!
I was quite disappointed with the state of the bedding in my room. The material was worn out and often had stains and hair on it, which didn't exactly give me the comfort I was looking for during my stay. Unfortunately, this was a major turn-off for me.
