The location was fine, but there was no TV!

Five minutes from the train station, a supermarket very close by, and the staff were very attentive. The hotel was very proper, very close to everything (we were just walking around Venice) and perfect for a short stay like ours. The best thing of all was the bed. The only downside was that the third floor had no elevator and could only be used with cleaning staff. The facilities were old, but the room was fine. I would have preferred a window facing the entrance square, but I guess that’s a Booking issue, not the hotel’s fault.

La calidad del trato es buenísima. Nos dejamos unos pendientes y nos llamaron para enviarlos a nuestro domicilio. Te ayudan en todo, son maravillosos. La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero genial para descansar y dedicar el día a conocer Venecia

The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and beautiful. However, the heating was not working.
