The swimming pool was great and the breakfast was solid.

The room was a good size, but they told me over the phone that the hot tub was working and when we got there it was broken.

Breakfast was tasty, the overall stay was very good, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the little shop behind the front desk was nice; nothing in particular stood out as bad.

The hotel was clean, but our pool experience was ruined by four unsupervised kids running around, jumping in and out of the pool and whirlpool and shouting loudly; the whirlpool was unusable because of the chaos. I told the front‑desk staff about it, but they seemed unconcerned and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I expected the staff to handle it so guests could enjoy the facilities safely and comfortably. We paid for a relaxing stay and access to the amenities, yet the lack of supervision and the staff’s indifference made it impossible to enjoy them. Children shouldn’t be allowed in the pool unsupervised so they don’t act like animals.
