The central area is clean and the staff are kind, but I was very disappointed with the breakfast. The hotel’s description says gluten‑free and lactose‑free options are available, yet the reality fell far short of expectations. Even after telling reception about my needs, I only got gluten‑free bread, and it wasn’t individually packaged in sealed containers and was served cold. I found absolutely nothing for lactose‑free.

Everything was fine overall. The breakfast was very good and the service excellent. The area is very close to La Plaza del Mercado, just about 10 minutes away.

The location is very close to the centre, the staff are pleasant, and the room is comfortable, but the breakfast is mediocre.

The hotel looks attractive, is well maintained, and generally very clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good, the staff were otherwise polite, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check‑out. Unfortunately, despite its attractive appearance and high ratings, our three‑night stay was extremely uncomfortable. Our first‑floor room was right next to the staircase and elevator, and the sound insulation was terrible. We could clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and people walking through the corridor the whole time. On the first morning, we were woken by vacuum cleaning at 6:40 AM. We told the hotel, which apologised and offered earplugs. On the last morning, vacuum cleaning started again at about 7 AM, followed by almost two hours of loud conversations and laughter from housekeeping staff directly outside our room, where their cleaning trolley was positioned. We couldn’t get back to sleep. Just before 9 AM that same morning, housekeeping entered our room while we were still inside, well before the official check‑out time, even though the hotel has a cleaning‑upon‑request policy. They left immediately when they saw us, but the incident made us uncomfortable. The room also had a persistent unpleasant odour, the carpet had several visible stains, and some of the bed linen didn’t smell fresh. Even though we had requested a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together, with uncomfortable separate mattresses. The thin curtains let in a lot of daylight. Management responded politely to our complaints, which we appreciate. Still, the repeated disturbances and overall lack of comfort made this a very disappointing stay. We have stayed in much more comfortable hotels, including lower‑category properties, and we would not choose to return.
