Breakfast and service were great, but because of the room’s location we could hear people coming up and down the stairs, and I also heard footsteps from the floor above—though it wasn’t too bad.

The staff is always the best part, though the place is a bit noisy because it's an old building.

Lenox is a great central spot for exploring the Berkshires, and the inn sits right near the town center and Tanglewood; the rooms are very comfortable, the hosts and staff are super friendly and go out of their way for you, and there are many delicious breakfast options.
