This isn’t my first time here; the hotel is nice and quiet and offers good value. The previous stay had a larger, more comfortable room, but this time the room was smaller, the bathroom window had no glass, and the bathroom lighting was problematic—hope you can address this and focus on room maintenance.

الموظفين المصريين محترمين والموزفه اللى هناك محترمه جدا. معاملة الموظف الاستقبال اليوم قبل الساعه 2 ظهرا كانت سيئه وغير متعاون
