Good location, friendly staff, good and comfortable beds. The service at the Carl & Sophie restaurant was lacking.

“Comfortable and great location to explore Berlin”

We stayed in a cozy comfort room overlooking the Spree, and the bathroom was great with a nice shower. Being on the 1st floor, a little noise from people on the promenade seeped in when we opened the window, but it wasn’t a big deal. The spot is perfect for exploring Berlin, with good public transport and a short walk to many attractions. Besides the Carl and Sophie restaurant, there are several other good dining options within walking distance. The breakfast, however, fell short—especially the bread rolls didn’t meet German standards, and the eggs in the cooked breakfast were disappointing.

“Nice place but not so good vaule for money option”

We booked family apartment and it was nice apart that wifi was very poor…. Poor wifi… private parties took place during our stay which means that caffe/restaurant could not be used
