“Buenas instalaciones - personal muy poco amable.”

The room was large and the bed super comfy, but the overall hotel experience fell short because of several issues during our stay. First, the front desk staff were unhelpful and clueless about parking. Then there was a billing mix‑up: our charges got tangled with another room's and they wouldn’t acknowledge our deposit. In the room, the safe and hair dryer didn’t work. Finally, the number of elevators was insufficient for the hotel’s capacity, causing long waits. Overall, the hotel needs big improvements in customer service and maintenance.

“A fait le job pour le congrès auquel j'assistais”

The room and bedding were comfortable, but the elevators were a real headache for getting to the top floor or back to the ground floor, and the breakfast area was too small for the number of guests.

Wir konnten kurzfristig buchen. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben. Wir hatten ausdrücklich zwei getrennte Einzelbetten gewünscht, bekamen zunächst jedoch ein Doppelbett. Deshalb musste ich extra noch einmal zur Rezeption gehen, um die Zimmerkarte gegen ein anderes Zimmer mit Einzelbetten zu tauschen. Außerdem mussten wir dreimal sehr lange auf den Aufzug warten. Da wir unsere E-Bikes dabei hatten, mussten wir diese in der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage unterstellen. Die Kosten dafür fanden wir leider zu hoch

“Rapport qualité/prix à revoir !!!”

Cleanliness and location were fine, but the front desk person wasn’t smiling or welcoming. The value for the price wasn’t good: at that rate we expected a larger room. The breakfast was very basic, and it would help to let guests know when a private evening blocks a hotel service like the bar.
