“Finger weg!”

Nothing positive. After booking we were told the pool would be closed, but that’s exactly why we booked for 40 °C. We canceled, yet never received a refund.

The hotel sits beautifully on the Danube’s banks, is very clean, spacious, and the room is simple yet large with a nice bathroom. It’s quiet and peaceful, and the restaurant is excellent with extremely courteous staff. During our stay, some finishing work was leaking, but the hotel clearly needs those repairs and will be truly great once finished. We’ll definitely return.

“Не ходете в хотел Престиж Белене”

Only the hotel’s proximity to the river was a plus. The room was dirty, with musty smells on the floor and curtains; there were no window screens, so insects flew in freely. The bathroom door slammed against the wall when opened or closed. The hotel feels like a construction site with ongoing repairs, making it awful in its current state. Paying 53 € for a single room is absurd; it looks more like a hostel where you could sleep for 10–15 € than a hotel with amenities. I’m disappointed and regret trusting you with my booking. Please consider these comments and stop offering such subpar places—this is misleading. The hostel could be offered for 10–15 €; it’s not a hotel with facilities for 53 € per night for one person. I’m disappointed and sorry I was there and relied on you for the reservation.

“Има много какво да се желае от мястото за настаняване.”

The location is great. The lady at reception was very kind and explained everything we needed. What I didn’t like: 1. There are no window screens, and given the hotel’s location, that’s a problem—there are many mosquitoes. 2. The kitchenette has no lighting and no dishes (bowls, utensils). 3. The restaurant staff is insufficient and there is no coordination with the kitchen (we ordered dinner, they said it would be ready in twenty minutes. It took an hour and only half the food was ready because some items were out of stock. We changed the order, and again only half the items were available). 4. The bed in the room was thrown out, but the bathroom was not. 5. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom.

The hotel was gorgeous and super comfy. The staff were amazing – always friendly and helpful.
