There was no breakfast provided. We were assigned to the 2nd floor without elevator assistance or luggage help for two 80‑year‑olds. Even after requesting a 1st‑floor room a month earlier, it never materialised. On arrival the price had risen from what we had paid online, with no explanation.

No housekeeping came at all during the five days I stayed, so I had to buy towels at Walmart.

Nothing positive to mention. I got soaked by water leaking from the floor above in the middle of the night, the hotel refused to cancel my stay or offer a refund, and there were people begging and some drug activity around the property.
