“Molto bello e rilassante, merita qualche attenzione in più”

The property is beautiful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The rooms are huge, well decorated, and you can reach them by car in just a few minutes from Novi or Serravalle. The patio view overlooking the pool is a highlight, and the managers were very friendly in leaving us breakfast items for the next morning. The check‑in was remote because the hours were tight (only 15:00‑18:00). Whether it was seasonal or not, September is a good time for the area, but we didn’t meet any staff or other guests until check‑out. I had asked well in advance for restaurant recommendations to plan and book, but they only sent suggestions late in the afternoon the same day, so we couldn’t book any of the proposed places. It would have been nice to have a morning welcome so we didn’t feel abandoned. Another issue was that at night one of the rooms (bunk bed) was very cold and there was no way to heat it; we couldn’t report it because it was already late. We also found one set of sheets stained, but that wasn’t a problem for us since the rest seemed clean. Despite these small drawbacks, the stay was pleasant and adequate.

The building is nice, especially the outdoor spaces (pool). The staff are friendly and helpful (contacted by phone). The quality‑price ratio is not great. There’s no on‑site staff. The rooms are connected, so you can hear other guests. Breakfast is below expectations – the small kitchenette area for “do‑it‑yourself” is nice, but breakfast was delivered the previous day with one sweet and one savory item, not a choice. The bathroom window lacks a curtain.

A gorgeous, spotless, tasty apartment. The owners were very helpful. The grounds were very clean and quiet. Everything was lovingly prepared—from the rooms to the outdoor areas. The large pool was very nice.

“Pratico.”

Beautiful property, clean, convenient location near the highway and outlet. There is no staff, except for a brief appearance of a boy for half a minute to give us the key, then no one was seen again. The rooms are all connected, divided by a door that makes everything feel open. In the evening we talked with the neighbors through the door asking them to lower their voices so we could sleep, and in the morning we whispered to avoid waking them. Breakfast is self‑served: you have to attach the grill, put on the kettle, and eat the croissants found in the room the day before. The bathroom has a ground‑floor window without a curtain.
