“Ok”
The room was acceptable. The food and price were disappointing.
“Not satisfied”
The staff was good. The location is overpriced and not that good, the facilities are poor. I would not recommend.
The stay was good. The pillows are not comfortable.

The place is well situated. The bedding was dirty and the breakfast menu was limited.

I loved this location. It’s extremely close to the airport and conveniently situated; it feels a bit away from the “action” but the nearby Aqualine will get you where you need to go. The staff are exceptional, kind and knowledgeable and answer every question. The room was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler. The shower was pretty incredible, one of the best hotel showers I have ever had anywhere in Asia. It’s easy to get to and from the hotel via the Aqualine, and an Uber is very cheap as well. The only small complaint I have is that I could not get the AC to the perfect temp; it was either a little colder than I wanted or not quite cold enough, but that’s a very small nit‑pick.
