Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay

“Uma estadia de paz, tranquilidade e relaxamento!”

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming us with politeness and kindness. Breakfast was wonderful, and the Sundara restaurant offered a tasty menu with excellent drinks and wines. We have nothing to complain about—it was amazing! Nothing at all!

I’m grateful to the staff, especially manager Ade, who genuinely cared when my girlfriend had Bali belly, offered remedies, sent complimentary refreshments to our room, and let us check out late. The buggy crew and restaurant servers all displayed a strong service mindset. We loved the ocean‑view villa and had a fantastic stay at this truly classy hotel.

The service was very good and the staff were friendly, but the resort feels a bit old, the facilities and restaurant options are limited for a Four Seasons, and the beach isn’t very clean.

“Wonderful Four Seasons in Bali”

The resort is very nice near Jimbaran coast, with a great buffet restaurant and a wonderful sea‑side villa that has a pool. The staff were extremely friendly and the Butler system was adequate. Special thanks to Chef Bagus, Dennis, and Ms. Khaoula for fulfilling all our wishes without hesitation. Well done! The buggy drivers and other personnel were also excellent. No real complaints—everything was perfect, though the dinner buffet could vary a bit more day to day, and the beach is fine but nothing special.
