The hotel sits close to the river, offers a pool, a top‑class restaurant, spotless rooms and good facilities; I visited twice and was completely satisfied each time, and the restaurant staff were wonderful. The ladies at reception could have smiled a little more.
Cleanliness and the pool were great. The restaurant could improve on the menu and the dishes.
The friendly lady at reception spoke perfect German and was very helpful. The room had a balcony with a perfect view of the Danube. The bar service was good. Nothing to add.

Luxurious and clean, the staff were very well trained, helpful, welcoming and always smiling; importantly, when you leave the room the air‑conditioning keeps running after you remove the card that switches the lights, so you constantly enjoy your preferred temperature, and after three minutes of trying to recall any flaw I found nothing—everything was perfect.
