Beautiful place, very helpful and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable environment. Unfortunately I booked close to the trip date and couldn't get a smaller chalet with a hot tub.

Excellent value for money, everyone was very helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The billiard table was dirty.
This place is wonderful, and the coffee is superb. The only issue is a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

The spot is great, especially since Monte Verde’s center has few things to do, and the lodge sits on Rua dos Passeios de Quadriciclo, with a horse and a Tiloressa café; breakfast is excellent. The only downside is that the water in the hydro pool takes a while to fill, but otherwise everything is fantastic.
