“Comfortable, Beautiful & Well Located”

We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely room with an outstanding view overlooking the pool and beach. The location was good and, being away from Station 2, it was noticeably quieter and more peaceful overall — oddly, the beach area right outside the hotel had its own issues. The staff were friendly and most went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and the views were a real highlight. Unfortunately, the beach area right outside the hotel was not particularly relaxing. The beach vendors seemed to rule the roost, with loud conversations starting as early as 6am. When trying to relax, there was often little peace as vendors were talking loudly around you and occupying the shaded areas where the sunbeds are located. At times, their presence could also feel quite intimidating. The verge right outside the hotel also seemed to be a place where people from neighbouring hotels would congregate to smoke.

Friendly and approachable staff, nice breakfast, but the wifi reception was too weak.

“Just disappointed.”

The location was good and the food and staff were pleasant, but the hotel did not match the advertised photos. I was enamoured by the online images, which led me to book, yet the experience fell short. When we arrived, the receptionist initially could not locate our booking and we had to confirm several times before feeling confident everything was sorted. Traveling with children, I asked about early check‑in, but it would incur an extra fee. The staff let us leave our luggage while we went out for breakfast. When we finally checked in, the room did not match the online photos: the ground‑floor bathroom lacked a sliding shower door, causing water to spill onto the floor and creating a safety hazard, especially with kids. The staff were courteous throughout, but ongoing renovations meant the pool was noticeably dirty and looked very different from the advertised photos. On the bright side, breakfast was excellent and a highlight of our stay. Overall, while the staff and breakfast were great, the room and pool conditions, plus the discrepancy with the photos, did not meet my expectations.

The bathroom needs an upgrade.

The beach location was ideal, staff friendly, rooms and beds were decent size with a nice balcony, and the price was reasonable. However, breakfast was set meals, probably because of the season, and the bathroom requires maintenance/repairs: a rotten cupboard, black mould in the shower, and the sliding door needs a simpler replacement. The bedroom cupboard/wardrobe also needs replacing due to rot/mould, and there are cracked and loose tiles on the floor.
