The place was spotless, feeling very homey and in a fantastic spot, but everything was a bit much.
It was modern and clean, had toiletries and a welcome pack. Good location. There was no wine in the welcome pack as pictures & guest book said or robes. It also is not as sound proof as said; you could hear movements over the room between 7 & 7.15 am. Also there is no separate sink bowl for pots; you have to wash them in the bathroom sink.

It is bright and airy and clean. The shower was hot and powerful. There were lots of extras, such as milk, tea bags, coffee, hot cross buns with butter etc Great location, just 20 minute walk to Mudeford quay. Nothing to dislike
“Petite Anchorage”
The bedroom was so light, airy and spacious — beautifully presented and very comfortable. The bathroom was also lovely and roomy. We were really touched by the thoughtful welcome basket, such a kind touch! The location is ideal — really close to Mudeford Quay and within easy walking distance of Christchurch too. It was the perfect base for our stay. Absolutely nothing — everything was fantastic and we’d love to come back
