Finding the hotel was straightforward, but the rooms could use a quality upgrade.

The entrance gives the impression of a decent hotel and the girl who greeted us was friendly, but a hotel that costs so little can’t be a palace, especially compared to Mexican standards, and the rooms are truly awful—old, with ruined curtains, low‑grade accessories and furniture, and they’re downright bleak.

The rooms are too old and lack upkeep; the floor looks dirty as does the bathroom, I never had Wi‑Fi, the hot water never came on for a shower, and the bed was infested with ants. The price is high for what’s offered, the staff are unfriendly, they don’t accept cards, and it took them a long time to send my invoice via WhatsApp; I had to email them to push for it because I needed the invoice for reimbursement.

The location and reception staff were good, but the bed placement was awkward, there was no bureau, and the electrical contacts were missing.
