“Estancia bien”
The reception staff was kind and the air conditioning worked perfectly, but there was early‑morning noise and the room door’s security was an issue.

I liked the location, the restaurant, the staff, etc. The Wi‑Fi wouldn't connect to a network and I had to enter my details. Maybe the big bed was unnecessary.

The atmosphere was good and the staff were very kind, but the room was very old.

The location was convenient, but the staff’s attitude was bad—shouting and disrespect made me feel uncomfortable.
