This is a typical Hilton hotel with a good location for the Kia Forum where we were going to a concert; it was clean and comfortable. I gave it an exceptional review because Olga at the front desk went above and beyond for our son's birthday—she was so accommodating and helpful when we told her about the birthday, so definitely look for her if you have any issues with your stay!

The location was definitely spot on, but some directions were missing and the windows were unfortunately broken.

The spot is great and the facilities are solid. The place was tidy and well‑organized, and dining was convenient.

Only valet parking is available, and at USD53 per night it’s pricey.

I mean, the property was nice, but the staff were phenomenal! Love them all down. I ordered room service specifically the short rib dish and it was nothing short of heavenly, I’ll be back just for that dish
