Room 571A offered two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, plus another upstairs; the pool sparkled and the braai was cleaned nicely every day, making for a lovely stay. Just a heads‑up: the stairs to the upstairs room are very steep, so avoid sending young kids or elderly guests up there, and bring your own dishwashing pods.

Everything was very good and better than I expected, but clearer instructions on using the appliances—microwave, hot tub, etc.—would help.

The location and comfort of the house were great, but the noise from the adjacent chalet and the terrible Wi‑Fi were annoying, and the bed in the main bedroom was very soft.

The house was big and brand new, the jacuzzi gave us a much‑appreciated relaxing time, and being just a step away from Kruger is a big plus. Nothing in particular was wrong.
