The hotel charged me 20% more than promised, claiming that taxes were not included in the listed price, which was incorrect.

The location, staff and access were excellent, yet the air conditioning in the room we were given didn’t work and it was very hot; they moved us to another room while they repaired it, so the issue was supposedly fixed, but when we returned the AC still didn’t work and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.
