Nice facility, but the staff were not friendly.

I always love this hotel for its campus proximity, great food, amenities, and room, and I appreciate that I can work there if needed, but this time I was a bit disappointed by small issues, mainly housekeeping.

No carpets in the bedroom, but the bathroom was poorly cleaned; a clump of hair remained in the shower stall and there were drop stains on the toilet seat.

The rooms were well equipped, but the bathroom felt underwhelming for a hotel of this class, and the rooms themselves were a bit small; I ended up with a queen or king single.
