The house’s vibe and atmosphere are wonderful. Breakfast is outstanding. Thanks to Anita and Denis for the warm welcome and for making everything easier for my family. The family enjoyed the whole experience. We booked all three rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors; they’re accessible along with a shared hall for food, relaxing, and games. The house’s overall atmosphere and décor are tidy and pleasant, and the breakfast is exceptional. All thanks to Anita and Denis for their excellent hospitality and for smoothing everything out for the family. We all enjoyed staying with the family. All three rooms are on the first and second floors, with access to the shared hall for meals, relaxation, and games.

“Excellent！”

If you’re heading to the Lake District, this B&B is a must—by far the best I’ve ever stayed at! I’d recommend it to every friend visiting the area. 1. Location: Excellent, just a 5‑minute walk from the train station. 2. Environment: Extremely quiet and cozy. The room is clean and snug, the bathroom is spacious and spotless, and all facilities are well kept. 3. The hostess, Anita, is warm and attentive, making me feel at home. She went out of her way to meet every request, so I had no worries. Most importantly, the breakfast is generous and delicious. Every dish is carefully prepared by Anita, and I looked forward to it each morning. If I return to the Lake District, I’ll definitely choose this place again. Thank you, Anita.

The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices, and the proprietor kept us informed about what we could do each day, so we almost always followed her suggestions. It was a lovely vacation.

“AMAZING hospitality, great location, and comfortable stay!!”

The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, downtown, and bus stops. The highlight was the hospitality from Anita and Denis; Anita supplied us with a wealth of useful info for our first Lake District trip, and her recommendations were spot on. Every morning they handed us a menu for breakfast the next day, offering a wide range of tasty foods. As Americans we’re used to air conditioning, so we were relieved to find a large oscillating fan in our room. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend it highly—Anita and Denis truly love what they do and made us feel welcome. Nothing bad to say!

“Lake District hospitality”

This lovely, well‑kept spot is great for exploring the gorgeous Lake District; the hosts are warm and friendly, Anita gives useful local tips, Denis makes thoughtful and tasty breakfasts, and we felt comfortable and well‑cared for.
