I liked the location and the cleanliness; the staff were helpful. However, there were no sink soaps, shower soaps, or shampoo, and there was no room‑service to take out the trash while we were away.

We were disappointed with everything. The map suggested the place was right next to the sanctuary, but it’s actually far away, so the map information was wrong. The listing said pets were allowed, yet the employee decided how many he would accept; I had three pets and he refused them. I couldn’t reach the hotel before arrival, and payment was only accepted in cash or Pix, which wasn’t mentioned on the website.

Sr. Raimundo was very friendly and helpful with everything. The bed or mattress wasn’t very firm, but overall everything was great.

I really liked the owner, Mr. Francisco. The location, however, didn’t match the GPS on Booking, which said it was closer to the basilica.
