Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.
The hotel itself looked nice, but my car was broken into at the parking lot and my window was smashed when I woke up, raising serious safety concerns in the area.
“Needs to well maintained the equipment or elevators”
The staff were friendly, but the elevator was out of order.

The breakfast was excellent and the cook did a great job, though the elevator rattled loudly between the 3rd and 4th floors.
“Not happy with fact we upgraded to a suite for the couch and no couch”
The room was clean and the outdoor seating area had a fire pit, though it didn’t work; breakfast offered many good options. The pool was dirty, the suite photo didn’t match what we received and we weren’t credited for the difference, we thought we were closer to downtown than we actually were, there was no jacuzzi on the property, and the fire pit was out of propane.
