No positives to mention; after my reservation was confirmed, the staff told me there was no room available when I arrived, forced me to cancel, and I had to find somewhere else to stay late at night – completely absurd.

I booked a two‑night stay from 19‑21 June and received an email confirmation, but when I got there at 17:30 they claimed everything was fully booked, blamed a system glitch, and said they hadn’t seen my reservation. A young man named Kadyro redirected me to another address, for which I’m grateful, yet I can only rate this hostel negatively.

The free breakfast began at 9 am, but all the group tours started at 8 am or earlier.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on site serves great breakfasts. The location is also convenient, but the noise from the street can be a bit of a problem.

The hotel's got a great location and serves decent breakfasts, which is a bonus. They also let me leave my winter gear there while I was abroad, which was really helpful. However, I can imagine it might be a bit of a pain for people staying near the kitchen, as it can get pretty loud.
