Heated rooms feature wooden floors, TV, wardrobe, and private bath or shower. Nearby, Feve station (500 m), Mercado de Abastos (100 m), ferry port (9 min walk), and Santander Airport (10 min drive). The lively Plaza de Cañadío, with shops, seafood restaurants, clubs, and bars, lies a short stroll away.

I stayed only one night. I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. The room was clean, with everything needed. The location is unbeatable. The walls are very thin and everything can be heard. There was no view, but that’s not a major flaw.

The staff who attended us were excellent. The room we got was poorly arranged in terms of the bed and other furniture, and there was no air conditioning.

Even though the building is dated, its central location makes up for the old‑fashioned rooms. Cleaning is still guaranteed. Overall, great value for money. The same as above, but I assume that modernising would lead to a significant price increase.
