The front office was very bad and the room hadn’t been cleaned for five days.

Friendly staff tried hard to help, but the stay was a let‑down, especially for a family. The bed was awful and the pull‑out sofa didn’t work as a bed. Room 511 looked old and badly in need of a makeover: peeling wallpaper, unexplained wall stains, and a generally unkempt feel. Worse, there was no window to open, so the room felt stuffy and claustrophobic. We asked for a room change, but the communication was weak and the issue wasn’t fixed. The staff were kind and genuinely helpful, which we appreciated, yet that wasn’t enough to make the room comfortable. If you’re a solo traveler or a couple needing just a place to sleep for one night, it might be okay, but I wouldn’t recommend Room 511 or this hotel for a family.
