The location is great, right next to the metro and with supermarkets nearby. The place is comfortable and delivers what it promises. The staff were helpful during check‑in and check‑out. There was no spot to heat food, but that isn’t mentioned as a feature, so it’s fine. The water from the coffee machine was dirty, but that was fixed by washing it. Everything else was fine.

The location is practically at Piazza Bologna with all kinds of services (restaurants, shops, metro, banks, supermarkets). It’s a B&B that sits below street level, but keeping the shutters lowered means you don’t feel any discomfort.
The room was comfortable, clean, and roomy. The owner was super helpful and let me in well before the scheduled check‑in, and the staff had the room ready flawlessly. I plan to return. Nothing else to add.
