Florence Express Inn

Everything was fine, everything was not.

“I hated it so much”

The housekeeping never arrived, so no one changed my sheets or handed me towels, tissues, or a rag; some lights didn’t work, I was given the wrong room—it wasn’t a king, it had two different beds, not what I’d requested, so I could barely sleep. People walked by all night, slammed doors, played loud music, it felt like a hood hotel.

“Was only there for one night but it was a comfortable experience overall!”

The front desk clerks were incredibly kind and welcoming, fixing my messed‑up online reservation right away; the place is very affordable and a solid choice for pet owners.

The front area where you check in was fine.

“Dirty and full of cockroaches, we left in the middle of the night”

The hotel was infested with cockroaches.
