“On ne peux pas leur fait confiance.”

Rien on m’a annulé ma réservation. Je ne peux pas juger cet établissement étant donné que je ne m’y suis pas rendue pour la raison suivante : la chambre est réservée depuis 1 mois, le matin même où nous devions arriver l’hôte nous envoi un message disant que l’hôtel est fermé pour causes de travaux de maintenance. Ils nous ont donc envoyer vers un autre hôtel sans passer par la plate-forme. Ce que je ne trouve pas correct étant donné que nous avions fait un choix qualité/prix/emplacement et que celui où nous avons été logé était plus loin et moins bien noté que celui-ci. Vraiment désagréable de recevoir ce genre de message

The location is great relative to the city center, but one of the bathrooms in a room lacked a mirror.

“Worst room after 50 years traveling”

Nothing was good. The photos were misleading; the bathroom toilet didn’t work, the water tank was empty, and insects were flying around. The sheets and pillowcases were gray, not white as they should be. My wife and I left after the first hour on the first day of a four‑day booking. Thanks for the rip off.

The hotel is well‑situated, the staff are friendly, and the value for money is fairly good. However, I had to look at two rooms with dysfunctional bathrooms—either the shower or the faucet didn’t work—before finding one that was acceptable.
