The hotel is well located, but the facilities feel old.

The hotel is within walking distance to the mall. The reception staff had a bad attitude and provided poor service, especially at the front of the hotel. The network signal drops on higher floors, and the breakfast isn’t worth the price.

The breakfast and the staff were good, but everything else felt quite old and neglected.
