The staff were friendly and the room looked clean at first glance. The TV wouldn’t turn on, so the staff came over quickly to help, but it was an analog model with grainy focus. That alone would have been tolerable, but when he moved a piece of furniture, roaches emerged and he tried to kill them with his shoe, yet many escaped. The mattress was actually a box spring, not a proper mattress, so it was uncomfortable.

The location was convenient, but at 10:30 pm the power cut out, no one was in the office, and the phones didn’t work. I had to book another room nearby.

The room was spotless, cozy and peaceful, offering good value, but the towels could use a replacement and upgrade.
