“Bình thường”

The accommodation was clean. Regarding the payment refund, I booked the room with a checkout set for March 29, but due to work I left on March 27. The hotel staff said they would return the money once the booking system approved it, yet I never heard back about the refund request.

“As the name suggests, it is express”

While the hotel had its drawbacks, the staff's exceptional service made up for the limited breakfast options and seating. The helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast area was a letdown.

“Very good value”

The hotel's amenities, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and snacks, were a pleasant surprise. However, the small restaurant size was a drawback, especially considering the number of guest rooms. Overall, the hotel's amenities were a highlight, but the restaurant size was a disappointment.
