Hi, I’m Javier! My stay at Hostal Santa Fe de Castro was wonderful, and what sticks with me most is the affection and warmth of the staff. From day one, Michelle welcomed me with a friendly smile that made me feel at home. I also met Marisol and Ximena, two amazing people who made my stay feel like being with family. They were always attentive, caring, and ready to help, with a friendliness and warmth that I truly appreciated. I also want to highlight the impeccable cleanliness of the place, which impressed me greatly. The care and dedication were evident in every corner, especially in the bathrooms, where the scent of bleach and cleanliness conveyed a sense of hygiene and calm. Above all, I’m grateful to Marisol and Ximena for their affection, concern, and for making me feel part of a family even while far from home. ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend Hostal Santa Fe, not just for its cleanliness and comfort, but especially for the wonderful people who make it feel like a true home. The staff generally show good willingness, and Don Arístides was very kind; the breakfast was very complete, the shower water was pleasant; they have good security, with cameras at the reception, at the entrance, and in almost all parts of the property. Some guests do not respect the quiet hours and when walking loudly at odd times the footsteps can be heard or when running it becomes annoying; the shampoo was watery and should be refilled without adding water.
