“Esta bien”

I liked the room a lot and the cleanliness of the place. Some of the reception staff were friendly. There was a treadmill and I liked using it. The sound from outside is VERY loud, cars, motorcycles, horns… One day I asked the receptionist to help me heat a meal I had, and she said she couldn’t; I asked if it could be done in the restaurant but apparently they’re only open from 7 am to 9 am. I couldn’t reheat my food and she didn’t want to help much because she seemed uninterested. The gym and pool area smells a lot of cat urine. The spinning bike can’t be adjusted, so it can’t be used. They should ban smokers from the pool area because it’s a very small space and for non‑smokers it’s very uncomfortable and disgusting.

The hotel was good and cozy. There’s a pool with a nice view. The room had a balcony. It was clean. Breakfast was quite good. The location was fine. On the balcony there are some huge air‑conditioners that are noisy. The noise was heard in the room and was disturbing. Also, the internet keeps dropping out for 1–2 minutes and then comes back.

“Отличное место”

The rooms were spotless, everything was comfortable, and the soundproofing worked well. They provided single-use items, changed towels, and brought water, tea, and coffee to the room. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel has a rooftop pool. A few minor issues cropped up, but the staff responded immediately and fixed them.

The bed was large enough for three of us, including a 1.6‑year‑old child, and it was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The linens were good. Located in the center, everything nearby. I think the price‑to‑quality ratio is appropriate.
