The house was well located, the cleaning was excellent, it has 3 bathrooms well equipped as well as the kitchen, the beds were super comfortable. I recommend it and will definitely come back.

There were three bathrooms for five rooms, one of them also had a bidet. The host was helpful and responded quickly

“No recomiendo este alojamiento por motivos de seguridad”

The area: The building is in a neighborhood we perceived as marginal. Upon arrival, we were approached on the street by people who came to us. Access: According to the listing, access is via remote opening through the app. When we arrived it didn’t work. The host was not in the building and told us to ask neighbors for help to open the portal. We had to ask a neighbor to open it for us. The building: The overall state of the portal and common areas was very neglected. During access we ran into neighbors who made us feel distrustful. Listing: The listing shows it as a “hostel.” In reality it’s an apartment with rooms for rent without reception or service. Due to the perceived insecurity and access problems, I didn’t feel comfortable and would not return. I think it’s important for future guests to know this situation before booking, especially if they travel alone or arrive at night.

We had to leave for another accommodation. Drugs were being sold at the door of the accommodation.

“DECEPCIONANTE. NO RECOMENDABLE”

The accommodation was renovated and clean. Disappointing. When we arrived at the hostel that had a good rating on booking, we found that it was located in a very humble neighborhood, in a nearly destroyed portal and inside a block with a VERY BAD LOOK AND DETERIORATED condition. Also the hostel door looked scratched as if someone had tried to force it once. The hostel was clean but the place it was in was the opposite. We had booked 20 nights and only stayed ONE NIGHT because we were scared to stay there. Additionally a neighbor from the area followed us to the hostel and caused a lot of anxiety and unease, so we left the next day. I hope this situation never happens to someone from your families, daughters, friends, etc. After complaining to booking and the hostel, they denied us a refund, even partial, without putting themselves in the customer’s shoes, claiming that the hostel was fine and that was an external cause. We do not consider it external since the hostel decided to put it in that block and area. Booking hung up the phone twice without giving us a solution. A humiliating situation. Regrettable that they allow bookings in precarious areas without filters or at least communicate it in the listing. Read the comments carefully before booking on this site. For us, both booking and the hostel will take an official complaint through consumer protection.
