The place is in a great spot, but the Wi‑Fi was terrible and the breakfast buffet wasn’t fresh.

“Will probably not come back here”

The hotel sits in a prime location with excellent transport links to major sights, and they were very helpful with any special requests I had before checking in. One pillowcase was stained, which made me question whether the bedding had been changed or just made; I asked for a new one and the front desk promised to sort it out immediately, yet it didn’t happen until the concierge arrived the next morning. On my second or third night the toilet wouldn’t flush—water was fine, just the flush failed. I told reception as I was heading out, they said someone would fix it that afternoon, but when I returned around 11 pm the toilet was still broken. I spoke to reception again, an investigator who didn’t speak English tried to explain via Google Translate, and the plan was for someone to come at 6 am to fix it. I woke up in time and waited, but no one arrived. I had to show videos of the problem to reception, who again promised a fix. After another outing, the issue was finally resolved. This was unacceptable for a 3‑star property. A staff member kept making uncomfortable jokes about tips for using the dining area during quiet times (my family was also staying there). The same employee also confronted me about wanting to turn on the light above our table in the dining room before I even asked; I tried to do it myself, and that’s when I was told off. The elevators were a bit annoying to use, and the breakfast lacked protein options, offering mostly carbs, sweets, and cheese.

“Prima hotel”

The cleaner was extremely friendly, came by regularly and kept everything hygienic, and the beds were perfect for a hotel—I enjoyed five nights of great sleep. Still, the included breakfast kept being replenished with 2‑ or 3‑day‑old items like bread and cucumber, which is fine for a one‑night stay but becomes inedible after several days; despite that, the overall stay was very pleasant, the beds were excellent and the staff listened superbly.

“Super”

The quality/price was OK, the photos were real, it was clean, and the staff were attentive. The breakfast wasn’t very varied, but there was still something to eat.
