Breakfast was tasty, the large public bath was fantastic, and the cleaning was meticulous. However, the tatami in the room was dirty, the inner bath tub had a non‑water‑color blackening, and dust on the air purifier and AC bothered me.

Restaurants and convenience stores are nearby, so I never had trouble finding food. The hot spring was open all day with unlimited access, and free ice and Yakult were provided. Free night‑time ramen was also a treat, and breakfast was superb – I love it. The only issues were the elevator’s poor cleaning and a neighbor leaving towels outside the room, which the staff didn’t tidy up, giving an unhygienic feeling.

“Nice hotel”

The Japanese‑style hotel experience was good, with a hot spring bath, sauna, and evening ramen; everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The room, however, lacks enough light, making half of it quite dark, and it’s also rather small.

The location is great for sightseeing, and I appreciated the Japanese custom of keeping shoes at the front desk. The hot spring isn’t huge, but the sauna and cold bath were satisfying, and the post‑bath ice was a hit with the kids. Free night‑time ramen was a bonus, and staff were friendly and handled irregularities quickly. The parking area made it hard to carry luggage in, the room was small with a table facing the opposite side and no chairs, so it didn’t feel relaxing. The toilet is separate but its door lacks a lock, which is disappointing.
