I arrived and had to wait an hour for a key; the communication was terrible, with people passing me on WhatsApp and no phone call to apologize for the delay, showing a lack of professionalism, and they never even asked for an ID copy—everything was a mess.

I liked the location, the beautiful view, the clean room, and it was perfect for couples, but the old couches and the towels that weren’t pure white were disappointing.
