We stayed at this gorgeous hotel for our babymoon and had a wonderful time; the setting is superb and calm, and we’re deeply grateful to the staff for their warm welcome and all the little touches that made the stay even more special.

The hotel was stunning, everything was perfect, the staff were truly attentive to every detail, the facilities, especially the two main pools, were magnificent, and the on‑site dining was also very good—definitely one of the best hotels I’ve visited, and I hope to return someday; everything was flawless, nothing to complain about.

“Le lieu sauve le manque de fluidité des équipes.”

The venue is fairy‑tale like, with three beautiful night spots on the island; however, the staff, especially the front‑desk lady, lacked hospitality and attention to detail, which I believe are crucial for a 5‑star hotel. My daughter had a table booked at their gourmet restaurant, confirmed, but on the day the hotel informed us it was cancelled because the restaurant was closed for a wedding—this should have been anticipated and communicated at booking to avoid such disappointment. The manager and his deputy did their best to make us forget the incident.

Everything—from the décor to the small touches and the attentive staff—was perfect; perhaps a check‑in earlier than 16:00 would help for short stays, since freeing the room the next day at 11:00 leaves little time, but we still managed a later check‑out, so we’re completely satisfied 👌
