We stayed at the hotel just for a night, snagging a great price deal. The reception staff were friendly and communication was smooth. The location, right on the edge of the old town, was convenient and lovely. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, both traditional German and others. Parking in the hotel garage worked perfectly. Nothing else to complain about; everything was fine.

The hotel looked nice and we had a large room with a view of the castle. Breakfast was very tasty, and the parking garage was convenient. However, there was shampoo and the like hanging on the wall, but no extras like body lotion. Breakfast was messy; tables hadn't been cleared yet, and no one guided us to a table. We had to grab our own cutlery. And this was for a room costing €300 per night. At 6 am we received a text that we could check out online. The online checkout was fine, but we were still in the middle of our city trip and would have preferred a different notice. You walk 15 min to the Altstadt but you’re not there.
