They informed us of all the park tours altruistically. Quality/price 10. Nothing else.

The staff were kind and breakfast tasty, but it was quite loud on the 5th floor.

Anne and her team are the friendliest and kindest people ever; they guided us through everything and explained all we needed from Zhangjiajie to make our experience the best. I highly recommend staying here—comfortable, easy access, perfectly located. I’ll be back soon.

We felt at home from booking; they assisted with attraction tickets, DiDi, and taught us Chinese apps. The property exceeded pictures, breakfast huge and delicious western style. Nothing to note; property excellent. Just confirm reception is on floor 2, as many Chinese cities have the same layout.
