“Disappointing.”
The AC works great, though a little noisy. On my third day I was told that housekeeping would not be provided for the entire stay unless it exceeded 14 days. I only had two bath towels and two washcloths, and one washcloth was dirty when I checked in. On the third day I needed a new towel, but they said I would receive one as a one‑time courtesy because they don’t change bedding, towels, or remove trash during the stay until after 14 days or until checkout.
“Dorm waste money”
The only issue was that smoking was allowed.
“Not worth a penny.”
The staff seemed unaware and clueless, or perhaps they were simply accommodating prostitution in the facility; a family should not stay here. The rust throughout the room was horrible, cleanliness was atrocious, trash was outside the rooms—despicable! The cable in the room offered only one channel, barely. Corporate should be appalled to be in charge.
“I should get a complementary room or refund”
The staff were very courteous and professional, but when I opened the door roaches scattered across the room, the room had been transferred, and it smelled like a wet dog.
“Terrible service”
We were told check‑in was at 3 pm or later, but we arrived in town at 1 am and were told our room had been cancelled; the office was closed and the lobby smelled of weed.
