Having a hot spring on the premises was great, and I was able to enjoy it fully thanks to the complimentary ticket for the neighboring agannasse. The selection of alcoholic drinks was limited and subject to time restrictions, so you have to stock up beforehand, but there were no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view from the window, and I loved that the indoor bath was fed by hot springs. Getting a free ticket to the adjoining spa resort was a nice bonus. It was disappointing that there was no laundry facility on site, and the nearest coin‑laundry was a bit too far to walk. Checking out at 10 am felt too early for a resort hotel; 11 am would be the minimum and 12 pm would be ideal.

All the staff were kind and the place felt clean. I think everything was fine.

The onsen was excellent—I visited it every morning and evening. The only downside was that the hotel is a fair distance from the city, so you need to plan your transport times carefully.
