The personalized service was great, but everything else was just okay, earning a perfect 10.0/10.

The green surroundings, brightness, décor, and silence were all positive. However, the mattress was old, we had to ask for the bathroom cleaned and for soap and toilet paper to be restocked, and the breakfast had little fruit.
